New quick actions: next and previous watchface #315

Proposed feature request
I'd like to see two new options for quick launch actions. These would be
- Next watchface
- Previous watchface
This would act like the user had opened the Watchface app, moved to the next or previous selection, and hit select, although I would expect that it would implement wraparound that's not available in the current menu, so if you're on the last watchface, it would go to the first one. This would include loading from the phone if needed, although I could see that if there's no connection, it's better to fail by going to the next one in memory.
I see a use case of setting the "hold down" to "next watchface" and using that to browse through the watchfaces I have loaded onto the watch without needing to go into the menu.
