Add Outline window to the Code Editor

Hello,

on big projects it is confusing to navigate through the code and search an special function.
It would be great to have something like an Code Outline, where you can click on a function and the cursor and the code window jumps to that function:

It would be enough if there are just functions and procedures, inner outline would be great, but not necessary...
