Support '25.1 in API client

pdstools version checks

• I have checked that this issue has not already been reported.

• I have confirmed this bug exists on the latest version of pdstools.

Issue description

The API client currently supports up to '24.2, so as a workaround we need to pass 24.2 as the version to make it work on a '25 system.

Reproducible example

Infinity('25.1')

Expected behavior

We should support '25.1

Installed versions

Replace this line with the output of pdstools.show_versions(), leave the backticks in place
