autocomplete for attribute names

I was wondering if we could somehow get the standard HTML attribute names to autocomplete in IDEs (without actually restricting things to just those names.) I'll investigate ways it could nicely be done, but is that something that would be wanted?

I tried a few things, but this one seems to be the closest I've come so far. Using the Unpack on any of the overloads didn't convince pycharm to give me any autocompletion. (Didn't try vscode) I feel like technically it should be **kwargs: t.Unpack[Attributes]|Attribute to signify that items from outside the Attributes dict are also allowed, but that also broke pycharm autocomplete. I think this way may be fine though as the overloads are documenting that any kwargs are allowed? This also doesn't do anything fancy like define which attributes are valid per tag, but that seemed a bit more complicated. I ran mypy and pyright against some unknown attributes and neither of them complained. How does this approach seem?
