How to bootstrap the NTS pool and its regions

Just migrating this discussion to its own topic as I think, hope, there will be an ongoing talk/ideas on this.

In mid 2026 the pool is in its very early days with about 15 servers worldwide - I added what I know to be or think is their location.

Based on the comments in this discussion nothing outside Europe is currently be served to clients.
Is there a public plan, apart from just add more servers, to improve worldwide coverage?

Some questions to kick off this topic - can be split into their own topics if required:
Are the regions already set or will they be configured when needed?
The server in Singapore for example is currently available but does not seem to be getting any client requests. So can one server appear in multiple pool regions? i.e. Add the Singapore server to the Europe region and possibly add some of the Europe servers to the Asia region to better cover the globe?
I think it would reduce the problems of one operator having too much influence over one region and would spread the load from bad clients across a number of servers.
If the multiple region option was made available then would it be a behind the scenes admin task or are there plans on making region selection available to "We the people (server operators)" so the system auto adds the server to the default geodns region it is in but the server operator can also add one or more other regions the server is added to.
Is there a concept of a global region that all servers are auto added to?
