Dashboard has incorrect text with regard to IP address

After doing #575 the text on the dashboard is incorrect.

It says: "Hostname or IP address":

But when an IP address is entered, it says "Ip address not allowed as hostname for server":

And also, when entering an IPv6 address (with or without brackets), it says: "Invalid domain name":
