When embedded in nestedscrollview, the footer will jam, just pull it up again.当嵌入到nestedscrollview时，footer会卡住，再次上拉就好了。

当嵌入到nestedscrollview时，footer会卡住，再次上拉就好了。ExtendedNestedScrollView设置为onlyOneScrollInBody，滑动这个smartRefresher的child：ListView时，底部footer会卡住划不动；松手后再次滑动就滑上来了，再次滑动应该是滑动的外层的ExtendedNestedScrollView
