[Bug] Autoconvert Student to Prof/TA Upon Invite

In OHQ, when someone already joined as a student in a class, when you invite them as a professor/head TA/TA, it should automatically convert their role.

• Current Behavior: Nothing happens when you invite an existing student as a TA
• Desired Behavior: Convert their role
