[migrate]: Migrate recent-activity to a new repo or website. #230
Description
As we are updating the recent-activity to every 24 hours now, It's no need to put here in README.md as it does not have a significance to show there. It's better that we should have a different repo or show it into the website and add the link of it to the README.md
