Went to get some PCB made and there is missing components in BOM

In the positions.csv file, this two lines:

TH1,282.7,-2.0,0.0,bottom
TH2,2.0,-92.2,0.0,bottom

But this components are not in the BOM.csv file

Might you be able to provide some guidance?

Also, itś not clear which option is for the USB-C and the JST connector and if one were to get them all built with the JST connectors, could USB -C port be soldered after the fact?

TH1, and TH2 are tooling holes, specifically for the PCBA machine. You can safely ignore the warning as there is no component to be soldered there.

J1, and J2 are the USB and JST connectors, respectively. The USB-C can be soldered afterwards, but I have never tried that myself. Extra care must be taken since it is quite close to the sensors for the Esc and 1 keys.
