Update wabt to 1.0.37, as newer version of CMake dropped support for CMake < 3.5.0 (see https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/release/3.27.html#deprecated-and-removed-features) where this issue got addressed in this wabt commit WebAssembly/wabt@5abf3c2
This also includes other changes that were required to compile succesfully.
