unknown db instance class in pmp-check-aws-rds.py

Getting Unknown DB instance class "db.r4.16xlarge" while running the script.

I see the commit that should resolve this (515bd19), but the file is not updated in the 1.1.8 package downloaded from the Percona site. Will there be a new version that will include this fix?

@mmomen there should be a release to include the new instance types, but I can't confirm when that might be
