SplitHorizon with IP #2145

I want to use my cluster with the Loadbalancer IP but without DNS. So i need
setParameter:
disableSplitHorizonIPCheck: true
aktivated automaticly when i create an splithorizon with ips.
Would be much nicer also because when i aktivate loadbalancer with metallb in Everest it gives me the connection string with ip`s but dosn't change the horizon in the mongodb cluster.
