`web_identifiers` serializer should maybe return a URL?

Instead of (or in addition to) just returning the source_type and identifier, it would be useful for consuming applications if the public API endpoints included the full URL string, e.g. https://wikidata.com/:id or whatever the appropriate format is, when possible. This way the consuming application wouldn't have to independently look up the correct base URL and format for the authority link.
