IIIF imports need progress tracker #522
Description
Currently when you drag and drop a IIIF manifest over the TOC to load in a whole set of images, there is no feedback as to progress, or indicator that anything is happening. As some IIIF manifests can take a very long time to load, an progress / activity indicator would be useful!
