Generated IIIF manifest are not pointing at the right endpoints #642
Description
FCC2 has new public endpoints. The generated IIIF manifests are not pointing correctly at them.
This can be tested by generating a IIIF manifest for a TEI document that includes images and using that maniifest in Edition Crafter.
