Publishing while processing results in unwanted draft state

In the new dev build, 1.3.0-dev.6:

• Check in a document in a remote project. Immediately upon checkin, navigate to and click on the document in the Remote section
• If you got there fast enough, it should say "Processing", and the "Publish" button should be disabled
• Once it says "Draft" and not "Processing", the "Publish" button should be enabled. You can go back to the remote view and click back and forth into the document until this happens to verify.
• (If you weren't able to see the "Processing" state quickly enough, try a few more times with new check-ins)

This was all true, except that I saw both Draft and Processing. but Publish was disabled until processing was complete.
