Default Nautilus Node is no longer online #13

Description

@cbrunnkvist

I'm getting a CloudFlare error while accessing https://node.nautilus.io/api

which is configured as the default (called "Nautilus Node" in the list of "Nodes")

Error 1033

This makes Nautilus unusable out of the box - the error is not handled well by the app either, so either you get stuck on the awfully misleading "You received XNO 30 from your colleage and 50 from my dad"-default page (separate issue - but why is that even there???)

or you just get blank loading page without errors or any feedback, making the app basically DOA:
