When adding a node, the ability to specify a Basic authentication header should be able to be specified.
This is needed when working with RPC servers using the nanorpcproxy (https://github.com/Joohansson/NanoRPCProxy).
An example of this feature is already built into the Nault wallet under Server Settings > Server Configuration [Custom] > Authorization.
