idea: Time-Locked Secret Parties

Time-Locked Secret Parties: The location for a secret party is encrypted and shared as a Nostr event. The decryption key is broken into shards and distributed to trusted community members via BitChat's NIP-17 gift wrap. The key shards are only revealed via their local mesh devices at the specified time, requiring a quorum of cool people to be physically present to unlock the location.
