Also, it appears that the -outfmt options:

are for the "no identities" settings. Could you please add the "showing identities" options, or at >the very least, display which option it precisely is that we're selecting. There's no way to know >without running it and scrolling through the output.
Correct, the wrapper currently offers -outfmt 2 and -outfmt 4 (plain text and HTML for each).
Adding the 1 and 3 variants ought not to be too painful if you wanted to explore this (since it does not mean adding a new datatype to Galaxy), the file to focus on is:
