To enhance the list system, one could implement so that there are 4 default lists, and then functionality to create custom lists (maybe cap it at 20). These lists can be renamed

An alternative would not to add this, and simplify it

Adding custom lists adds much more user freedom and creativity, but it also requires a proper way to view this lists in your user page and a proper way to add them, which would require some sort of drop down of sorts to look through all the lists to add X content to said list.
