Shim falls down with many arguments on GUI Application

When the shim is running a GUI application where the console won't close, it won't work with many arguments. The shim and command will exit, and the shim will return the exit code -1. This happens even if the console isn't hidden. Running the command directly with the same arguments will cause it to work properly. Note that the letters would be arguments instead.

Please provide a reproducible demo of the issue. There's no shim.exe in this repository.
