TriggerUnlock - TODO: what is this good for? seems always false

If that paramter is set to true, and if KeePassHttp Options > General > ☑ Request for unlocking the database if it is locked is checked/enabled, then the request will trigger KeePass to prompt the user to unlock. If the parameter is false (or if the option is not checked/enabled) then KeePass will not ask to unlock, and the HTTP request will fail.

confirmed with plugin version 1.8.4.2 and KeePass 2.49.
