Add volume normalization information

Using something like the technique I used in python-norm-estimate, it might be a good idea to add some normalization metadata into the RSS feed. Ideally there would be a standardized tag for this in the podcast feed, but if not I'll just add it to the description to allow clients to manually adjust their per-feed norms.
