UTF-8 Symbols do not work on printed badges

An UTF-8 symbol in a company name is not reflected on a badge, but shows "??" instead.

These work fine if you have a font that actually has those characters. For example, the requested emojii exists in the Symbola font. That font just generally doesn't look very good. The fonts normally used on our badges don't have emojiis in them, and thus the emojiis don't work.
