Add support for Abstract Unix Sockets

Searching the web and checking for the word 'abstract' in this repo indicates an absence of any mention of abstract unix sockets.  I'm not sure on what your view would be about adding support or not, but I think they're worth explicitly mentioning in the documentation whether they are not supported, intended for future support, or supported and how to use them.
