FR: Add User "delete" option to user Edit Login Details

Users should have the option and ability to delete their own accounts.

Under "Edit Login Details":

we should add the ability for a user to delete their account. This should be done similar to what we currently have in the Pro version.

Has this action been deleted in the New Administration Center? I can't find out where are the actions to apply over a user, I can just view details @pglombardo
