Add AGENTS.md → CLAUDE.md symlink for cross-agent compatibility

Codex and OpenCode read AGENTS.md; CLAUDE.md stays the canonical file. See 'Other coding agents' in the server-level CLAUDE.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
