riskmetric issues

There are some blunt corners on riskmetric that affect how we can use it (code not pushed yet):

• pkg_ref could take in the output of R CMD build riskmetric#358 It can't use the .tar.gz files from R CMD build directly:
• Sometimes the assessment (riskmetric::pkg_assess()) fails with errors, it would be nice to fix that.
• If there are errors we should deal with them gracefully

Minor details:

• When score and assessment is converted to data.frames <pillar_ornament> is shown riskmetric#359 On R terminal converting the scores and and summarizing the assessment leads to some visual problems:
• Missing exported functions pkg_* riskmetric#357: riskmetric don't export all that is documented

I'll get in touch with the riskmetric leader (Eric Milliman) to see what can be done

Per today's meeting, some organizations use some metrics that are not included :

• number of references to the publication of the package. Could be solved by a custom function/check added.
• number of vignettes. Riskmetric reports discovered files with has_vignettes. In packages like this: https://github.com/moodymudskipper/flow/tree/master/vignettes it reports all as vignettes the number is not accurate.

Some dependencies requirements are split in multiple lines (showing up as being different requirements):
