3.1 Data Imputation Rules {#data-imputation-rules}
The imputation actions are specified exclusively for parameters that are not exclusively calculated based on observed concentrations (e.g., Cmax, Tmax, AUClast, etc.) but also for parameters that require extrapolation to infinity (e.g., AUCinf) or parameters that are calculated based on the terminal slope (e.g., half-life, clearance, volume).
Initial Suggestion
Observed parameters based on concentration are never imputed. (Example: cmax, tmax, half.life. For complete list see: xxxx)
However, parameters that depend on AUC or AUMC, including those requiring extrapolation to infinity, do get imputation. (Example: AUCinf, all parameters beginning with auc and aumc. For complete list see: xxxx)
Double check and reference
Defintion of Done
Not sure yet. Clarity important, but how much detail is beneficial?
