Enhancement: Options to customise outputs in PPT (Power Point)

Description

Since the Powerpoint is already working, we would like to have more flexibility in the powerpoint creation.

Options to select the content that appears in the powerpoint:

Individual plots
Mean plots
Summary statistics
PK Parameters?

Definition of Done

The requirements for the feature to be complete:

• When downloading the zip file, have a pop-up window where you can select which plots/sections of the PowerPoint are needed (with select of all of them by default)

• Make sure that only what is selected appears in the Powerpoint

I can make an attempt at this. I think this might be better to include prior to working on some of the other tasks mentioned in #78. One question, do we want

Option A: user can select individual tables, individual plots, summary tables, summary plots.
Option B: user can select individual (tables + plots) and summary (tables + plots)

Relevant as I think Option A will require a little refactor.

@bachapman So now thinking of it I would personally imagine that this widget needs at least to cover two basic aspects:

1) allow the design of each slide type:     
- individual_slide (choose parameters on tables) 
- summary_slide (choose parameters on tables)

2) allow the decision on which slide type to generate (the option B you mention)

How does this sound? If you want to start to work on doing 2. (or doing both) that would be amazing! Also feel free to keep enriching the discussion or propose alternatives. I am not an UX design expert so probably there are better implementation strategies

I can work on both. I think the UX will require some testing and opinions since future iterations can make the modal too densely packed.
