OCProgramNode>>allChildren should be renamed withAllChildren

OCProgramNode>> allChildren is iterating for the receiver and its children.
This is the behavior of withAllXX in other APIs.
So we should rename allChildren into withAllChildren

I found something else related yesterday:

• #allChildren returns comments.
• children does not!

So I found myself with something like:

comment := (OCParser parseExpression: '1 "asdasd"') allChildren detect: #isCommentNode.
comment parent children indexOf: comment.
==> "0"
