Zooming with Ctrl+Scroll

The title really says it all. Please implement standard smooth zooming in/out with Ctrl + Mouse wheel scrolling. Right now, the combination is not taken, it does what regular mouse wheel scroll does: scrolls an image up and down if it doesn't fit the viewport.
