[Enhancement] Some suggestions

I have some suggestions:
The first is the ability to change to a lower bitrate than 128 kbps, such as 96 kbps.
And another suggestion that I’d like is a version for Android 1.1, because I can’t find ant way to run J2ME apps in this version of Android and I want to use MIDPlay also on a phone with this version of Android.

1. Regarding lower bitrates: music sources currently only support a minimum of 128 kbps. Adding support for lower quality would require running a conversion server strong enough to handle many simultaneous requests, which would significantly increase costs without bringing proportional value.

2. Regarding Android 1.1: Unfortunately, it's not possible to run MIDPlay on Android 1.1 due to the platform's technical limitations.
