It seems a bit late for the republication checklist, as we are nearing RC and the scope was defined in #223.

Once the sim is published, I’ll need to:

• Add publication date to release-notes.md
• Tag new inclusive features
  • Pan & Zoom
  • Interactive Highlights
• Update Teacher Tips
  • New screenshots
  • Use the latest template
  • Update query parameter table
  • Update link to a11y view to /latest/
• Update the metadata spreadsheet
  • Dynamic Locale
  • Pan & Zoom
  • Interactive Highlights
• Write newsletter announcement (now in PhET Studio)
• Message #website-public to ask web team to add latest version to PhET Studio
• Create example presets once in PhET Studio
