Markdown highlight is not good enough #9

I mainly work with markdown. And it is very nice when different elements are highlighted differently. Here is the example of Material theme
You can see that code examples and quotes are highlighted. Some highlight lists differently. And now your coloring same text
Your template only highlights titles, bolds, and inline codes.
Can you improve on that?
