Status report generator 

Add a feature that generates a status report. Details will include:
- Various config settings
- Downloaded versions (include md5 hash info)
- Successfully built versions
- Which failed with detail info (process the logs)

While tacking this, brain storming about better logging methods would probably be a good idea. Or at least, methods to gather/storing the info, and how, from various sources.
