ByteBit Filter Problems

I tried to use ByteBit Filter but it breaks all the Time:

("WPR3_Aussentemperatur~0x01C1.Sensor_Status", 0x01C1, 3, 'b:2:2:16' ),

Errormessage is: "unsupportet operand type(s) for &: 'bytearray' and 'bytearray'"

("WPR3_Aussentemperatur~0x01C1.Sensor_Status", 0x01C1, 3, 'b:2:2' ), works properly but without bit filtering. Is there a workaround ?

thanks for reporting. no workarround but hopefully a fix.
Could you please try with the request_util.py of the develop branch and let me know if it is ok now!?

My device is an Vitocaldens 222-F Type HAWB-M-AC 222.A26 Hybrid System (Gas/Heat Pump).
At the moment I am trying to find out all the readable values. It's too early to share the results. It takes a lot of time to figure everything out.

for a 222-F we already have a template https://github.com/philippoo66/optolink-splitter/wiki/350-Poll-Configuration-Samples#vitocaldens-hybrid-heaters perhaps another "sub type" (but A26)? maybe it helps?
