Adapt menu bar color when video is playing

macOS defines the tint of the menu bar based on the wallpaper of the space/screen. Playing a video does not change this, so this app should temporarily change the desktop wallpaper while a dynamic wallpaper is played.
Possible implementation could be similar to: https://github.com/igorkulman/ChangeMenuBarColor.
