manually installed plugins missing on rebuild #1

Manually installes plugins need to be reinstalled on the console after rebuilding the container. Moodle fails to start without them, even the admin login is not possible without them.
All that needs to be done is to unzip the downloaded plugins to the appropriate path. (The path differs depending on plugin, see the README of the plugin!)
