2.1 Crowd Sourced Verifcation

With the number of data points on the phlask map, with more coming as crowd sourcing opens up, we need to find a way to open up the verification process to users.

Need to discuss with devs a way for users to vote or verify once without logging into the site as profiles is much later.

Will be some sort of thumbs up/down or yes/no. Probably looking at percentage of how many people say the info is good.

We will need to set a cutoff for the "verified" status
