USB connection requires every time after finishing testing application, you need to disconnect and re-connect the device.
So far the workaround is WiFi connection.

Could you provide more info here:

• what kind of project
• how big the output file is
• do you see any errors in Output Windows earlier
• any screenshot of the error, that causes the reconnection
• does it require any special scenario to be played inside Visaul Studio?
• does it stop to deploy or debug or both?
• does unloading the project and loading it again fix the problem?

I played 5 mins with OpenGL2 application and all seems to be fine, when using USB.
