Computer / Network security (firewall / anti-virus / disk encryption) : Enabled the port

Are you using VMs on your computer? : No

Are you using VPN? : Yes

Expected Behaviour : Using it for the time first so don't know much but it should show the server online and loaded the projects having the green mark.

Actual Behaviour : Shows server offline and cannot do anything even after the project is loaded

Steps to Reproduce : Install the PhoneGap Desktop 0.1.7 -->Run it --> Click on the + icon --> add existing project having the folder name phonegap consiting of config.xml file

I am new to PhoneGap, I want to run the existing PhoneGap project but the server shows Offline, Can anyone please guide me through this?

The Phonegap desktop is no longer an active project and currently does not work on Windows. There is a possible solution mentioned on another issue that might make it work. I would advise you to just use the Cordova CLI directly for your development.
