Support of video tag?

Is there any progress or plans on supporting the attachment of `MediaStream` objects to `video` tags on iOS? Maybe through a hack similar to what [iosrtc](https://github.com/BasqueVoIPMafia/cordova-plugin-iosrtc) is doing, that is:

> The plugin will properly place a native UIView layer on top of it by respecting (most of) its CSS properties.
