Freeze after matching

Two questions:

1. r2cat froze after matching. I did not see any result.
   Not sure if it is related to the big chromosome size as I got warning:
   There were 16372 out of 272672 queries that could not be matched.
   Any clue on this?
2. What is the command line for r2cat to re-arrange contigs?
