how to stop audible notifications

When sync runs on my windows 11 machine, I get dozens of audible "dings." I can't mute my speakers, as I need audio for other reasons.  I have "show system notifications" unchecked and also have "verbose output" unchecked and "mute clicks" checked.

Sorry about the silly question. could not find an answer in other issues or on site.
