Automated load testing of key portal workflows

The manual load testing from last week can be turned into automated load testing.

The focus should be on key steps in the portal workflows.

• Decide whether to test the portal itself, or mock up portal workflows using the back-end services
• Decide on concurrency level. I suggest 10, 20, 40, 80 concurrent users.
• Test the portal workflow for uploading a text list and resolving it to ottids
• Test the portal workflow for getting an OT tree from a list in the portal
• Test the portal workflow for scaling a tree.
• Test the portal workflow for getting a set of images.

@abusalehmdtayeen Would you please develop the test for 2 last checkboxes as in Arlin's description? It would be easier to directly call to the services because the scaling call is asynchronous in the portal, and the getting images for trees is not going through portal.
