Padding in multi-run files causes erroneous starttime when its amount is more than the time between takes. #484
Description
Expected Behavior
Even if padding might overlap with previous takes (thus have some more triggers than expected), those trigger should not count for StartTime estimation
Actual Behavior
(The real starttime should be closer to 9 since that's the padding)
