Colon-bearing values misclassified as a MAC (like fe80::1,host or tag:green,192.168.1.5) and validateMAC fails so the line cannot be saved

Wait... the first part of the report is wrong.

fe80::1 is an IPv6, but dnsmasq help for dhcp-host option says:

IPv6 addresses must be bracketed by square brackets thus: --dhcp-host=laptop,[1234::56]

So the code is working.
The value fe80::1,host is actually invalid and should not be accepted as IPv6 (nor as a MAC Address). The correct value should be [fe80::1],host.

IPv6 can be used without the square brackets just as an identifier, but in this case, the address will be preceded by id:, which is already considered Advanced.

The validation for values containing the string tag: already exists, but there is a typo and it is failing.

We just need to fix this:
